Someone with a low peace weight will declare on him super early, get smashed by his godly archers, and then he counter attacks with his large build unit preference to an early lead.
Sitting Bull can't capitalize on any economic advantage though. 0/10 wonder preference along with no real religion focus combined with philosophical is extremely counter intuitive. Yes, wonders may not be the best way to go in this case, but being philosophical offsets the negatives here. The 10/10 tribute demands will make early leads become irrelevant due to dogpiles. Finally, espionage investment will drag him down.
I think monty has a better chance of winning than sitting bull does. I've never seen SB do well, but monty could snowball into victory on occasion.
Also, has there been a comparison of the AI's ImprovementWeightModifier? Maybe Stalin's success is in part to a lesser focus on farms/windmills? Is TOWN focus dragging down darius and victoria? Looking at the importance of the weight modifier would be interesting after this season. They are correlated with the economic vs production vs growth focuses, but one could do meaningful analysis on say, having a windmill and town focus or just a town focus.
