Off by a turn? I was the authority on what was spoiler information in BUG so if there was a question about 'unorthorized' or unaltered information (ie information that you couldn't get from the default game) then I ruled against it.
I would consider this 1(?) turn info leakage unorthorized. Might need to sync up the scoreboard to the charts (not the other way around!).
Just wanted to let you know that I fixed it. The power ratio really was delayed by 1 turn, but I think this was done by accident and not intent.

That is good news. The charts and power ratio line up now?
I remember some discussion about the power ratio and a delay of 1 turn might have been discussed. It could be another difference between individual play and pitboss play. I will fire up an individual game and see.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

No there actually wasn't a difference between individual play and pitboss. I must have done something wrong while testing before. For any future games the power ratio will be the same as the one in the graphs tab.
More scouting with trackers and spies. Not much more to add.
Spied a new Roman settler out and about ... oh ... and you can see that wheat that I took from India.
Now ... here is a riddle. The outside game scoreboard shows +20 in score, up from 658 to 678. That sounds like +20 to me.
But the in-game scoreboard thinks it is more like +57. What is going on here?

I think I have found cornflakes ... just in time for breakfast
I was right about SD's city
I was right that it had landed Mids and Stonehenge
Firstly ... what is with spies and limited vision?
I have two spies out at the moment ... one trawling through SD land and one in India. The Indian one (left) has all movements left and is going to move NE.
There appears to be a road there. It moved NE and exhausted its movements .
The SD one (right) has moved one tile from SE ... and (shockingly to me) still has movement points left. The SD spy know about the hill it is currently standing on (from earlier scouting)
but didn't know about the a) mine or b) road.
Q: both spies moved 1 tile, one into total fog (and lost all future movements), one into a previously revealed tile but with unknown road conditions ... and retained its movement. Why?
More scouting by my trackers ... and I think that is Cornflake culture in the cream 'circle'. I have a tracker at the yellow dot so I should find him next turn
The city of Wisconsin ... right where I thought it was. And with the wonders I thought it would have.
Oh ... I know know that Rome has those stone wonders, and which city. And I have found that Japan has the Oracle. That answers that question from before.

The current tile visibility is the part I don't like. I am actually having some fun with them ... exposing Rome and India even though I don't have OBs.

I can't believe that I didn't mention the quest.
Well ... I looked for it and I can't find it. I got it on T67 and all I talk about around T67 is the capture of the barb city. And I thought I needed 8 cities to run the quest ... turns out I only need 7. The best news that I have got today is that AGGRESSIVE leaders get double production on stables. That means each stable is a single pop whip.
Guess what every city (sans Gem Island) will be starting next turn finishing next turn .
I must say that I was expecting the log to have -8 or 9 points 7 times. I was a bit surprised that it collapsed some of them. It must sample the game every 10 seconds (note the time stamps).
I wonder what the other players will make of those negative score changes?

Hmmmm ... results of successfully completing the quest ...
Use our advantage to immediately train Horse Archers
Result : Receive ? number of Horse Archers
Use our existing horses as more effective scouts
Result : All Mounted Units gain Sentry Promotion
I think this includes all future mounted units too - similar to the cover promo that my melee units got
Our horses are trained to be more productive on the farm
Result : Stable Yields +1 Food
Which one will I take? I don't really need ? horse archers at the moment.
Sentry is one of my favorite promotions ... but do you need each and every mounted unit to have that promotion?
Food ... it currently feels like I have too much food ... my cities are growing too quickly. That could be because I haven't raised my happy cap.

No Quest Success ... but no failure either. Maybe I have to wait until the end of this turn?
Anyway ... met Cornflakes, 7 cities ... but he has the tech calendar. Offered Fur for Dye trade and OBs.

I now know everyone ... so I spent some time looking at the varoius relationships in-game. Here is what I found about DoWs ...
Observations ...
SD and Mr C haven't met!
India is getting hammered from two directions (Commodore and Mr C)
Corn and Comm are trading DoWs
No love lost between Mr C and India
