Changelog also lists garden as +1 Health but it's not showing in Civilopedia.

Thanks for the bug report. Should you choose Babylon I will provide an update before the game starts.
EDIT: This means trust the changelog with Babylon.

So the civ/leader picks ... lurkers/Charriu, please correct me if I made a mistake on something while looking these up:
Civs- Indian (Mysticism/Mining) - Fast worker [2 move + mobility] / Mausoleum [unchanged from base]
- Russian (Hunting/Mining) - Cossack [unchanged] / Research Institute [University +1 scientist]
- Zulu (Agriculture/Hunting) - Ikhanda [unchanged] / Impi [-mobility]
- Babylonian (Wheel/Agriculture) - Bowman [unchanged] / Garden [city acts as source of fresh water]
- Dutch (Fishing/Agriculture) - East Indiaman [unchanged] / Levee [unchanged]
Leaders- Augustus (IMP/IND)
- Huayna Capac (FIN/IND)
- Lincoln (CHA/PHI)
- Pericles (CRE/PHI)
- Gilgamesh (CRE/PRO)
- Sitting Bull (PRO/PHI)
- Ramesses (SPI/IND)
- Nebuchadnezzar (IND/PHI)
I rolled 4 IND and 4 PHI, does this mean I should take the IND/PHI combination? But seriously, that combo looks nuts for a small map. IND will help pile rocks for the Pyramids, to then supercharge the specialists who are working on research bulbs. In PB50, bulbs were important to both Scooter and I as PHI leaders. Scooter gave up a lot to unlock Pyramids quickly. With IND I would have the option to land via traditional production building, or boosted forge > PHI bulb. Also potential to Oracle > Feudalism as in PB50
Initial impression on what is the most broken/overpowered in CTH- Mechanics change: Serfdom is the super-civic with free hammers on farms, in addition to the watermill hammers from RtR. How to exploit? Unlock Feudalism ASAP. Bonus, Vassalage for 2-promo units. Possibly SPI to swap civics? PHI to hire specialists with the farm food!
- Leaders/traits - No single trait appears to be a tier above/below the rest. However Nebuchadnezzar's IND/PHI combo looks nuts, especially in an accelerated start game where weakness slower starting traits is reduced. How to exploit? Pick Nebuchadnezzar!

- The Indian Fast worker also costs 70 instead of 60
- The Russian Reserach Institue is only 1 free scientist, just clarifying
Otherwise thanks for the feedback. I will definitely have another look at Serfdom for future versions

Let’s see how Serfdom works in practice. But to me Ind/PHI > Pyramids > Feudalism seems like a path to victory.
Edit: Build Pyramids with hammers, use the engineer to bulb Machinery bulb, use 2nd engineer (helped by IND forge) for Feudalism bulb? Skip math to leave the bulb path open.

That's certainly intersting to see if it works.
