It still doesn't seem to work. The tooltip when I mouse over my banner says +1 happy for Ikhanda, but none of my cities that have them are getting the happy, nor does it show up when I mouse over it in cities that don't have it

Maybe the happiness will evaluated during the end of building?!
Could you please build the ikhanda in a SP game and compare? If, yes i could give the happiness manually.

It works in SP. I don't need it to work this turn, so I can wait and see if it'll work as of next turn

This is correct. I noticed similar behavior while tinkering with the +1 commerce on palace during development of CtH.

Are we playing current turn with the new version or are we waiting on a fix?

I've discussed a few ideas with Ramk before he went to bed. We can do some magic on his side (server) to address the Ikhanda issue. There's nothing technically stopping us from continue playing except if Mr. Cairo does want/needs to wait for those fixes.

Speaking of pauses, I am doing another backpacking trip at the end of the month. I'll be leaving directly after work on July 23 and returning late July 28.  Not sure if we'll be able to get a sub for all those turns or not
