Sorry. My house is been invaded by hords of family and I was overhelmed. Trying to fight GeneralKill on the west border, and finally I destroyed one of his frontier cities. I will put pics in next turn.
T112. Peace with GeneralKill. The troops are healing up and I change the production of some cities to markets for economy. Trying to optimize the cottages and I put a settler in the capital that should go on the south east hills. In techs research I am looking for a religion to use the Great Prophet I got.
As you can see in the graphs below I am the last in units and score. I don't understand how can they have so many units and cities and maintain the economy. It will be interesting to read the threads when the game is over.
They can maintain because they have more cities with more cottages. And some of them are Financial, which is arguably the most powerful trait. Good thing you fended off the General
T116. We got teology (with the prophet) and Christianity 2 turns ago. Now I'm making missionaries to spread out the religion. Also the 7th settler is going in the coast on the SE
Yes, I think I should change to Construction. General can attack me anytime.
I can't grow more than 6, well now with religion I think I can go 2 more pop. And the city 4 is true, I am losing all the woods, but I wanted to get the stone and try the Pyramids. Also I can make walls faster.
That's reasonable, but if you want to do Raskolnikov and me a huge favor, please build a settler in Girapolis for one turn, then whip it for three pops (it would be unhappy very soon anyways). He can found the city near the pigs which you need: more cities > more cottages, more income, more techs > more everything. Do you have sailing researched? If not, this would be your priority now for foreign trade routes and lighthouses.
I like the Theology bulb with Ramses You're very flexible now between Organized Religion and Theocracy, that is...if you have a religion spread.

I missed it. Look Gira, take Micropolis for instance. You are missing out on those 3f2c tiles from lakes for far too long! (think at sailing as a worker tech. It's not a tech that should be delayed as much )
edit for a quick tip: also try to avoid stacking workers on tiles you loose a turn entering on (hills, forests). You are loosing worker turns doing it, and you seem to be doing it a lot (that's a rule of thumb, you may have a valid reason to do so)
I promise that in Girapolis I will make a settler next turn. I wanted the temple to put a priest as specialistis and get a GProfet to make the Religious wonder and help the economy. Also I am making prophets to spread the religion. But the problem is that I don't have open borders with neighbors and they can not pas.
I will change to sailing right away.
Raskov, I don't understand with water tiles are you talking about (3f2c tiles). Can you give me a hint? I see what do you mean with stalking the workers but I don't know how to do it in a different way. If they are at hill for choping, I always need a turn to move.
Here some pics about our position. we are the firsts in units and in land!!!!
I thank you very much your comments, they not only teach me but make me feel accompanied in this long journey.
