[spoilers] FT's attempt at social distancing

Everyone has conceded to you. Congrats!
"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. [Image: noidea.gif] In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."

GG FT. I was hoping at some point to raze that Roman Wonder City. I didn't want it and I didn't want it there for you to want it. I thought if I could remove it we could just split SD land and live on for a number of turns. But there was no way I could survive wading into that region.

Also ... thx for teaching me about how NOT to defend a city against 2 movers. The cats there were a mistake. Yes, more spears ... but, more importantly, I should have promoted my elephants. That would have worked a little better.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Gg Ruff! Yeah, your composition works when you have the numbers and get to be the one attacking.. Promoting your WEs to C1s would not have helped much as I mostly had C2 knights and those still get odds (66 % instead of 70 % though), but if your WEs had 2 promos available using those would have had a big impact and might have cancelled the attack..

Nearly all phants had 5XPs available. I thought the horse whisperer quest was still on the table and whipped 7 stables frown

Congratulations on another strong performance and a well-deserved win.

Fwiw, this game was just awesome to lurk as such a tight map caused massive border tensions and lots of wars.

Thanks! Tight map made this the most intensive game I've played with regards to macro decisions. It felt that you did not have to wait for more than 5 tuns and the world would look totally different already..
