Thanks for checking in ... good to see that I have some regular readers.

Early days so far .. I have planned things out about as far as usual (ie 3 or 4 turns). This game ... I even have a longer term strategy (circles above).

Actually ... 2 things happened. I got a new unit to move - fishing boat - so not much to get carried away about because it will be netting next turn and for the next 100?

I also met the score leader ... Mongolia. Actually, I think he met me last turn as he already has 4 EPs on me. I have been piling my EPs on scooter (he has only met 1 other civ) to keep graphs on Scooter. I have enough now to spread them around.

It has been a while since we got to read about any political topics

I will see what I can do.  Any topic suggestion?  Can't promise that you will like what I say .

I have sworn off social media and listening to the news.  The vitriol is going through the roof here.  I even forked out $s to get SeriousXM (bring on the 70s music) so I don't have to have any political pollution.  Wasn't too bad as they gave me a free $50 Alexa that can pick up my wifi in the garage ... now I have music while I build chopping boards.

Sailing will complete next turn.  Growth to size 4 will take 2 turns from now - there are already 2 other cities of size 4.
A forest chop comes in next turn (settler).  Completed warrior is heading to red dot.  Scout is heading off who knows where.

This is the part of the game were there are so many things to do (worker, settler, boat to find people) and only so many things that you can do.

Agriculture started [3] but look at the picture below ... says the last turn is only putting 2b into the tech.  That is a pretty wide bar for 2b worth.

My scout met Vanrober ... who is severely injured but knows hunting.  Naufragar's scout is also injured.

I suspect the tooltip doesn’t take into account overflow from the previous tech, thus without overflow you would be 2 beakers short of researching in 3 turns.
