I did do some tests on the last tick feature. To me it looks like it will show the wrong number of beakers only if you have overflow from a previous tech and just selected a new tech. As soon as you put one turn of beakers into a tech it will show the correct amount of beakers from there on.

Size 4 capital, back on the settler.  What is the whip formula for this game?  30, 20, 20 ... or 30, 30, 30 ...?  I will find out next turn.

Scout exposed some interesting tiles ... I updated my dot map with another city.  I didn't get a screenshot.  Pictures next turn.  If I remember .

Edit: had to jump back in and dig into that beaker last turn thingo ... so here is that pic ...



Worker is roading to red dot, moved my warrior to red dot ... only to find a BEAR .  Guess I will use up my 1 free barb victory here.

Update on the last beaker graphic ... this looks better

If it helps, that overflow bubble is 40 pixels ... 8b.

Hmmm ... that overflow bubble estimate must be wrong.  8b + 17b + 2b (known tech bonus) = 27b.  Graphic above shows 24b

Now, looking at it this turn ... shows 43b ... so it added 19b (the 17 + 2).



So the overflow must have been 24 - 19 = 5.

Sigh ... when back and measured the bubble again ... 5b.  No idea what I was thinking

Anyway ... here is the info on actual last turn and last turn shown by game ...

at 17b, actual is 16, shown was 2
at 14b, actual is  6, shown was 11
at 11b, actual is  6, shown was 11
at 10b, actual is 10, shown was 4

There is some relationship here that ropes in the 5.  But I can't see it.

wait ... wait ... there it is.

The shown last turn completely ignores the overflow.

3 x 19 = 57 ... last turn of 2
3 x 16 = 48 ... last turn of 11
4 x 12 = 48 ... last turn of 11
5 x 11 = 44 ... last turn of 4

thanks for finding the bug with overflow and the last tick BUG feature. I was able to fix that, so you don't need to test it anymore in this version.

It is 30 per population ... double whipped my settler to completion. Warrior survived ... he and the bear traded blow for blow ... 19 off the bear, 20 from the warrior. Lucky that I got the first hit and my warrior survived with 20HPs left. And 2/2 experience points.

Curious ... no promotion opportunity for him? Shouldn't that be available this turn?

Stonehenge finished ... my bet is someone Spain just went worker, wonder.

My settler is on the move.  Warrior got the promo this turn.  Still needs 4 turns to get back to full health.  Should be quicker once a city gets build around him.

What is it with the city count in the scoreboard?

Both Vanr and Scooter have a 2nd city ... but my scoreboard is only showing 2 for Scooter?
