Tip of the day: Claiming vanilla villager as town sided usually helps the wolves to narrow down their kill targets, as they are hunting for town power roles. That is of course until they start to second guess if the player was bluffing and so on, but generally speaking I would acoid doing that and just focus on wolf hunting.

When I've been a wolf, I've usually been very happy whenever town starts to heavily discuss roles. So this was more as a general comment, and you can take the feedback as you wish. As town, I will simply ignore it as it's a null tell to me of your role.

Alright, let's have fun and lynch some scum.
One thing that bothered me about the previous game is how town mislynched Bob after he chose not to give many reads D1, argued about the value of D1 scum-hunting, and complained later in the lurker thread about the unreasonable expectations on post counts and activity levels. So this time, in the interests of getting everyone on the same page and avoiding a similarly unproductive mislynch, I'd like to survey everyone on the following questions:
1. How actively do you intend to monitor the thread and post?
2. What is your preferred style of scum-hunting?
And since this is an introductory game:
3. What is your experience with forum mafia?
My own answers are:
1. I expect to be fairly active during Pacific Time hours. I have a WFH setup that lets me monitor the thread throughout the day, and flexible hours as long as we're not in crunch time. The upcoming week looks good on that front.
2. I like to encourage people to give and update their reads early on, then review the frequency and character of their interactions with each other in light of role flips and voting patterns. This is much more manageable in a small game like this one, though I've found it useful in games of all sizes.
3. I played ~5 games on TeamLiquid from 2012-2014, and this is my second game here on RealmsBeyond.

No reason that questionnaire had to come after the game started

Here is my answers:
1. Don't except a detailed response from me between 6:00-16:00 UTC due work and when I am home after 16:00 UTC I can give my expanded thoughts. However don't think that you can outfox me by excepting that I am unable to change vote. I still can log in at work using Iphone and sumbit/change vote before deadline, though funcition of my Iphone makes it a pain to write prolonged texts, hence don't except a long response from me when I am at work. Between 22:00-5:00 UTC I am sleeping, so except no answers from me in that period.
2. Actually I don't know, because I never played werewolf/mafia type games. I suppose that I am type to read other's arguments before making my well weighed decision about lynch.
3. I did sorta answer at question 2.

pindicator, don't misunderstand. The reason I asked my questions after the game started is to get responses and reactions like yours as a way to start a discussion. In my experience, asking questions is an alternative to having a bunch of random voting at the start of D1. Have you never seen it before?

Never seen it before
But it seemed overly contrived.
Though you do have a point in that we need to start somewhere

I refuse to believe that wolves would lie about their expected activity levels for this game
1. I tend to be very active on checking the game from my mobile to keep myself up to date. Living in UTC+3 timezone.
2. For me, big part of these games is trying to find town to narrow down the suspects. Therefore the more talk there is in the village, the better chances there are for finding town and catching wolves. Doesn't matter if your post don't contain solid proof of someones guilt, just post your thoughts as much as you can.
3. My first game was WW2 here at RB forums, on year 2011. I was very excited, emotional and lynched day 2 as town. From there I've probably played around 60-70 games (?), mostly in here and on a Finnish mafia forum that has unfortunately died at this point. I think I've been wolf/mafia in maybe 7 games out of them, and very much prefer playing on the town side.

And before anyone asks, I'm not part of any Finnish mafia.
