Wolves might or might not have known about Q. we had games where the wolves knew and games where the wolves had to find them (rolescan-ability) etc.
Until we know pindis role it is a small + for those on Q - afterall it was hunting an anti-town player.
That poisonous with the delayed death could have been devastating

I'm excited. Like genuinely I have no idea who's going to die tonight. And I have to think about all the permutations x2 because we don't know if the wolves new the traitor or not. The best part? Apart from myself I think I agree with your kill list as part of my suspicion list.
