WW48: Melllvar's Grand Competition!

I have to say, I've read this whole day twice and I still don't actually understand why 1. I am scum and 2. I disabled Meiz's role.

I haven't been that active since the early days. Some of that is real life, but I don't believe in using that as an excuse. Like I said before, I just sort of fell out of love with the game. Probably some combination of the fact that a lot of what I enjoy is the esprit de corps/battling with old friends/enemies and the only real old friend/enemy left is Meiz, who I mostly agreed with this game until he decided I was scum. Part of it also is that I was looking forward to the House roleplay but I couldn't keep that up and be productive.

Anyway, I assume GES or Jabbz, whichever is scum, is going to jump in and hang me at the last. I'm going to guess GES because I just sort of feel like with a Commodore, Bob, Kaiser, Jabbz scum team there's no way they would have bussed Commodore on day 2, while I can see GES making cute plays because he tends to be slightly overconfident whereas Jabbz comes off as very cautious.

If anyone has any questions for me, I'll be intermittently around until the deadline.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

Omar, I see you ignored the meta based accusation of the role steal. Comments?

Alhambram, you are correct but part of me thinks claiming behodler is a risky fake claim, because town could decide to put it on a test. And if Jabz cannot then verify what town role learned, he would be busted. So I think gaspar is more likely option.

Omar, I tink you are positng factually incorrect things in your case against me.
I never said that I was not suspicious of thrawn, just that he lowered my suspicion, mostly due to his increased acitivity. In my summary I actually point out that part of my suspicion is his play differing so greatly from WW47, where he was very active early game.

Please remember, this has been Day1 and basically everybody was suspect due to just starting the game. I absolutely do not follow your logic that it is weird for me to have many suspects on my list Day1, as I cannot know any participants alignment and have barely any information on them.

In post #331 I vote thrawn and explain that I changed from jabbz as he was not getting any traction at that point in time and I wanted my vote to contribute. I also specify that I am looking more into the pindicator case before deadline to compare it with thrawn.

In post #401 I detail why I leave my vote on thrawn and do not change on pindicator or Commordore, I do not see where my actions and words differ the way you point out.

Yes, I've read Gaspar's posts. He keeps saying that the role claim is fishy but never geos as far to explain why. Even yourself are getting a pause, but keep on trucking along regardless.
From my experience the scumtells coming from scum are more static than town players who have to genuinely think and adjust as the game progresses.

Couple questions for GES, why didn't you announce who you did track at night 1 and night 4 beforehand or at least leave breadcrumbs behind? I couldn't find any indications that you was planning to track Novice at night 1 and me at night 4.

You did announce at night 3 that you were tracking Pindicator, then at day 4 you confirmed that Pinidcator did visit Rowain, but why did you need to tell too that role is unconfirmed since it isn't task of tracker?

Generally I felt that GES was spending little time at scumhunting, mostly responding or giving own views. Post 736 is his only post in day 1-4 that he did ask others directly. Also I didn't see him prodding others, always letting others do hard work.
Interesting is his post #1798 at day 5 where he did state that he did prefer lynching Kaiser over Bob and Jabbz. But if you look back to his list of day 4 (post #1466), he has Meiz as second choice and he didn't mention it in his post #1798.
Reason why he couldn't vote Meiz at day 4 is because before Meiz moved to Bob, GES already gave word and couldn't go back upon his word unless he want be lynched at day 5.

Also interesting about post #1798 is that GES said that he did question about why would lewwyn kill Warriorknight after attempted lynching at day 2. But if I look at his post #1047, it feels more a question for his own thought or a suggestion that we should think about it, but I got feeling that he didn't ask us directly. That might due his writing style or RP, but his true intent is vague for me.
So he did warn others that nightkilling Warriorknight by Lewwyn might make no sense, but his one post later at #1103, he VOTES Lewwyn purely becasue Warriorknight asked to do it.
It do reminds me of his move along with Rowain, not taking responsility upon himself but partly shoves blame at others.

Also at day 2 GES stated in #755 that his targets are AdrienIer, Jabbz or me. But later at post #900 he voted Commodore because it was a showndown between Commodore and Warriorknight. But why not stick at own read and vote for one of three at #775 instead jumping upon Commodore train?

This things above make me worried about GES upon rereading. I feel that current voting isn't going anywhere, therefore I attempt to make one more push at GES

Meiz, are you sure or not that there is rolescanner present here as Rowain did suggest before?

I have to say, I mostly feel like this whole day has turned into some weird meta analysis.  We got Thrawn and Commodore on tone and Bob on a home run read from a defender.  Meta analysis is how we lynched Lewwyn and sunrise.  All this bullshit we've discussed today is just that.

I'm on Kaiser because he feels scummy.  I never stopped feeling that and everytime I switched off him its because I let someone talk me out of it.  I'm not doing it this time, if I'm losing this game I'm losing it on my own read.

And Meiz's over-reliance on it plus where his vote is makes me feel like I've been his huckleberry all game and now when the cookie's crumbling its time to throw me out with the trash.  So if anything the way this day has gone makes me feel better, not worse.  So if its Meiz-Kaiser, well played but I'm not falling for it again, because there's no other scum to sacrifice to keep me onside.

If its Jabbz-Kaiser, GG, he's gonna pop in and we're going to lose.

I don't think I have anything else to say.

Rowain was thinking that because the pm that told me I lost my role included my ability name, only way it would fit would be for scum to first role scan me and then use Bob's mailman ability on me which includes the role. But my ability does not work, so we can forget that.
