Alright. Playing the turn now.

Whipped the archer in Barcelona. scooter could next turn amass 6 chariots to attack Madrid.

Then next turn will be very interesting. It looks like we’ll have the choice between sitting still and defending against six chariots and a warrior with three archers, or attacking the northern chariot with an archer and warrior and attack out. He has enough spears to kill a flatland spear. The question is when/if you risk the spear if we can trade him for a bunch of chariots. What do you think?

I'm not supposed to make any suggestions as I have knowledge of the other players situations. Not scooters though. Although the tactical stuff doesn't really intersect with global knowledge. Thinking about it some more he could put his 6 chariots on the hill and threaten both Madrid and Barcelona. The 3 three archers in Madrid will almost certainly hold (97%). Amazingly the combat simulator seems to predict that Barcelona would likely hold too (70%). I don't quite believe that yet.

Again sorry for the late response and sorry to impose. I should be back civving 20 hours from now. If you feel up to giving an update, I’ll get back with instructions. Otherwise you can keep everything where it is and just whip the archer.

Wait a sec.  We crossposted. Let me read your update (for which I am very grateful).

Yeah it looks like attacking out is crazy. Could you switch Barcelona’s build queue to an archer and then just end turn with everybody doing what they’re doing (garrisoning or improving the horse)? It looks like everything depends on what scooter does.
