The loot flows free
we all agree...
But is there one who takes a share
that feels a mite unfair?
Serdoa friend, your pockets bulge,
is there something you will divulge?

That bulge in my pocket,
is only a locket,
and something, so sweet,
for the ladies to cheat.

Also Lewwyn because who trusts a bard, really?

Hark is that the tone of jealousy that flutters on your breath?
Your muscles hard as steel and your weapon just as sharp
But my voice brings laughter, joy and tears to a merry hearth.
It's power rises above your brawn, bolstered by my harp!
Ah yes the goblins have surely perished as soon as cried out,
My song has stoked their fear of us and sent them in a rout!

Breath and hearth, is that your best rhyming?
I hope your melodies are redeeming.
I have to run.

Wut whom do you call slinking you wussy. Half the time you cower behind shild. I wonder why you have weapons at all.

You knave!
The rhyme is mine
so do behave
no poetry is thine!

My songs reverberate with power,
though be not afraid I will inspire
among you one upon the midnight hour
to sing with me from wire-to-wire!

So audition friend, if you'd do better.
Your reward, your vote shall be greater!

Fair enough.  You understand that I need to apply pressure to everyone, especially to those of us who may soon be affected by Sleep enchantments.

I didn't intend this level of pressure, however.

Angela Deth, Arizona Desert Ranger, speaking.

Co-operation is needed to survive in the post-apocalyptic Wasteland.  Hoarding pre-apocalypse technology is a selfish, munchkinly act, perpetrated by the monks and nuns of the Guardian Citadel.

They may look harmless, but underneath the robes are pre-apocalypse power armor, and intense xenophobia.  Ascetics seeking to perfect mind and body, they are not.

Monk (AdrienIer), what do you have to say about such selfish powergaming?  Can we trust you with an item of great power?

My previous experience with werewolf is playing Do You Worship Cthulhu with way too many people (20+) and too little introduction, and hating the experience. Then I stumbled upon the WW48 thread while lurking and was enthralled by the dynamic that had been totally absent in my previous attempts, and figured I'd like to try it out. As a newcomer I fully expect to be harder to read and end up one of the first mislynches of the game.

Everyone knows that fighter is the gateway to munchkinhood! (or atleast, it was back in 3rd ed, the last time I played D&D)

I won't be playing anything selfishly. And we'll see about items of great power when we get to them.

Actually it's kind of amazing, there's something to discuss D1 besides roleplay, ridiculous tone stuff, lurker lynching and obvious beginner misplays : what the hell is that grognard role in the setup ? It's got the colour of a third party, but if the name has the same implicits linked to it in english as it does in french, it could be something that's not a SK.

(I've refrained from googling it or going on various mafia sites so as not to spoil myself on what that role may be)
