Good turn, no time to report.

Turn 62

Campus finished, mil tradition finished. Starting three archers and a galley with policies in place. Started encampment at Sietch Tabr to protect against Nubia or Zulu later. I think my economy is doing alright, but my milpower is lacking.

Always better to produce units out of a proper encampment as well but that's just part of it. Early part of this game is a farming game.

This game is shaping up to be very interesting.

I close on Cardiff, but need 2-3 more turns. I am confident that Nubia will eat them all.

About 200 milpower done, 2 more horseman. If Cardiff works out I prepare for Rome. Some commercial hubs are planned as well as a government one.

As far as I know, you can DOW and take the city state.  The final decision on city states was to follow what has been deemed "Woden's Rule", i.e. no pillage farming city states. You can pillage as long as you take the city states within a reasonable time. There was no added restrictions on when you can DOW a city state.

Cardiff was not conquerable thanks to that lone warrior. Else I would have sniped it.

We will see if thrawn wants to keep Rome around. In any case, Rome has to die now.
