Civac built stonehenge in legerity, which is considerably obnoxious. I might have to pick up HBR sooner rather than later, I dunno.

I kind of feel like this game is getting away from me a bit. I just have to keep reminding myself that I picked a midgame civ and that I'm putting down a lot of cities soon.

I switched into OR to pop out a bunch of missionairies. I'll switch to hinduism, too, in a few turns.

I am very close to crashing my economy and I'm about to plant 4 more cities. One of them will be offshore, though, so that will make up for it plus, of course, reduce the number of units i have running around and running around out of my borders.

Right.  I know all my trades routes are domestic (being protective), because, of course, I've been at war with everyone, so no one is getting the "long time at peace" bonus.  

I plant a city on an island in a few turns, so I'll get some bonus from that, which is nice.

Gavagai seems to have a ton of land to expand to and a ton of land in general, where my land seems to all coastal. I guess my plan will get to a lot of cities fast and then take people over, rather than out expand people. I dunno - I kind of feel like I"m the food in my corner. I dunno who civac is, but he seems to be playing a good game.

This is HighwayStar, founded this turn. mid term, this is probably a place to put a library and run scientists, plus some cottages. It's got crappy for hammers, other than the marble. Highway Star is a great song - Songfacts says it's responsible for a lot of speeding tickets. Deep Purple was never a band I was a huge fan of, but a lot of their songs were popular and are pretty awesome.

I had been planning on going for Metal casting... but I think that I shall pick up priesthood, for a temple for a GP for my shrine, then writing. I think I need currency/calendar/construction first. I haven't put much into it - just what you get at 0% (which may be 0, but I think it's 1)
