I jumped in game and jowy indeed offered back a peace treaty , so all good for now.And if we end turn fast jowy can play so a faster turn around.
Capitol started a chariot. setler on move. 

Next turn go slavery, lets not forget. Not this turn because we wait for worker to finish.

Turfan is settled. And the worker start to build the cows.   I put a worker because I think in this map, workers are needed for so many forest.

I think we should kill the scout and move chariot were the warriour is now and offer peace. Otherwise with a lucky shoot or if wariour is sever wounded he can raze the city.And is very good if he wnats peace.

He just whipped something (-4) in PBSpy. Could he have already copper and is whipping a Spear? we will have copper in 1 turn more, so migh be wait to make an axe?
