I would play with a random map, but would prefer a mirrored one.
A mirrored map is guaranteed to be balanced, but it does take away some of the fun of exploration. And, of course, some civs are better equipped to take advantage of a particular start. If we can't get a mapmaker who's willing to spend time balancing a random map, mirrored is the best option, IMO. I like mirrorland, inland oceans for a mirrored script.
What verion of Eitb we want to play, like last time? As I somehow cant install the one Bob requested for the adventures. Becasue i finished a big pitboss on a different site I am up for a game even is mirrored even its takes out alot of fun.
Btw do the problems of FFH with pitboss apply as well if it's sequential? Because to my understanding that's pretty much PBEM on a server? Might even do the simultaneous until t50 thing that was discussed elsewhere.
