[SPOILERS]A new adventure of Vanrober always guided by chumchu

I think it is good for us to have Cairo neighbor us to the south and be relatively close. That means mjmd must guard his flank against a very good player. He is not overly aggressive either so he should be a good partner for us. I think he will see the risk of mjmd getting too much land from the Ruff situation and be friendly to us.

I think any of work boat /archer/axe is better in the new city. We much rather want a dun than a monument there.

I thought also a worker there, there is never enough workers

Turn 55

Thinking about Raspberry, a worker is not needed for the moment, right now there is 2 workers there that will improve 2 or 3 tiles soon. The capitol just made one and we are making another on Pomegranate, for now should be fine.

The plan with the new worker is road the river deer tile to move faster the one movers towards Ruff before construction and also because it will be needed to road the stone and the city D. Then that worker will cottage all the riverside. The worker that finished the ivory this turn... im not sure what to do with it next, I thoguht maybe cottage the riverplains of Grapes since its giving 1hamer and coins, and we need coins, also he has 1 movers so it should be a safe spot with a spear on it just in case. Other option would be help the other worker cottaging the riverside of the capitol. And the last option chop the WB and then improve the caw. What you feel its better?

After the worker of Pomegranate i thought another archer for D or the island, and make a granary on the capitol to grow to 5 or 6 and then get another settler.

Ruff is bringing another archer to the fight... wtf is this guy doing xD

Went in to take a look.

Would send a warrior from grapes towards the c site in case ruff tries anything with the wandering archer.

Pomegranate: I think we are quite okay on defensive units at the moment. We are paying 5 in unit cost and do not want to build too many and drag our economy. The island city can use 1-2 warriors from grapes for protection. If you want military a barracks/chariot/axe is more useful than an archer. Worker sounds good as well. You should work the mine instead of the sheep next turn and give the sheep to grapes.

Worker micro: Ivory worker should go to the hill north of blueberry to road. The unforested deer worker should start cottaging the tile NE of figs. When the road is finished both workers can chop the workboat and then improve the cow in 2 turns after the borders pop.

Granary in capitol sounds fine. We want to grow onto more tile for commerce and to expand fast when we can get those island trade routes after sailing.

Good point, i ll stop making that amount of units, and will just for the border cities. So you dont think making cottages are more important than the chop and caw?

I ve been busy this days trying to fix my computer (and being unable) and i stoped complaining. Its been 20 turns ruff ending last. Is it still coincidence? In this turn he took 4 min to play the 135 turn of PB54 in which he has 7-8 cities but still he doesnt play this turn... I mean he has 2 cities, not much he can move, it would take him another 3 min xD.

Neither of you told me is the pm i thought to writte him was good or not, so i didnt send it

Ah totally missed that, sorry. Looked at the PM, which is fine in tone. Only some minor grammatical errors.

But I think you don't need to send the PM as I doubt it would change anything.

Feel free to tell me those errors, im here to learn and i apreciate everything you all tell me.

I have the same doubt. I felt there should be any type of rule or lurker's force him somehow to play better in a sportmanship way. I dont really know how could it be either xD

Anyway im learning a lot with chumchu and thats what i will get of this game

Is this good enough?

Quote:Hello Ruff,

I has been wondering if i should or not writte you. But i think you are making on purpose ending last turn so you can see the start of the new turn before us, when its our part of the split (Rule number 5 of the etiquette). It would be nice if you end your turn before that. I will always try to play asap to let you time enough.

Thanks in advance

Keep in mind that I'm not a native speaker, but I would have phrased it this way:

Quote:Hello Ruff,

I have been wondering, if I should write you or not. I think you try to be the last player to end the turn, so you can see the start of the new turn before us, when it's our part of the split (Rule number 5 of the etiquette). It would be nice if you could end your turn before that or log off immediately on the new turn. I will always try to play asap to leave you enough time.

Thanks in advance
