The only Lucury resources on this map we are missing are Coffee (pillage and 2nd source is traded to Ichabod) and Wine (CMF and Suboptimal have the only sources).
We are relying on Ichabod for Marble, Spices and Jade I believe, the rest is in our territory, even though we are going to loose our only source of whales to Suboptimal soon I guess. The Amenity system in CIV VI is another area which is not done too well in my opinion, why do multiples of Luxuries are not distributed to more cities? We monopolize Incense and Coffee but get only 1 Amenity in 4 cities for it even though we own 3 sources of Incense. There still is the need for Entertainment districts after size 15 as you can see.
National parks? Something of a waste of faith though.

Be careful not to over do it. The penalties aren't huge. Might be better to run a policy card or just build more campus instead.
