GENERAL VANROBER!

And in this corner... Wait a minute. What's that I hear?

BY GOD, THAT'S MR. CAIRO'S MUSIC!

"After you, good sir."

"No, no. You first; I insist."

This is an astute prediction, but I worry that the wrong people are attacking the wrong people:

Miguelito captured Cairo's capital! What is going on? I imagine that Cairo is about to load up his army to defend his homeland, which means I can't expect him to keep Vanrober at bay for me.

Well, I'd need a miracle, but with the way this game has gone... mischief

Boy, your utter cultural domination of this area is pretty key to your continued survival. Sure is a good thing you went Stonehenge-first.
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.

I write RPG adventures, and blog about it, check it out.

Sorry that it took me until this year to respond, but I'm with you:

Now, Miguelito's 7 cataphracts and 2 cats might be able to eliminate me all by themselves, but I'll wait and see. I've revolted into Hereditary Rule, so now I can whip forever. Cairo burned some cottages on the way out and didn't offer peace. If I retake Santiago he might raze it, so I just might not take the city...

I'm curious as to what Vanrober will do.  popcorn This has been a very strange game.

Edit: And yeah, the cultural domination has been absolutely crucial. So long as I hold the capital, this whole region is locked down tight.
