What was your favorite game to lurk (civ or otherwise) on Rearlms Beyond in 2020?
For me it is a toss up between Cairo narrowly holding off a dogpile and winning via culture in PB43 or PB49 for pure entertainment.

It's amazing how many games we played this year. Of course we all know why.

For me it was easily PB52. Was a very up-and-down game with multiple strong contenders until very late in the game. Also had several threads with great reporting.

You can Lurk games? Weird
"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. ![[Image: noidea.gif]](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/noidea.gif) In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."
-Old Harry. PB48.

You know you can read them afterwards right? I have to admit it is easier keeping up with at the time. I didn't get to El Girllo PB51 (or either German player) or Pin/OH PB52 (although I intend to if I get some time), just too long. I suspect Migs PB54 Tome and Vans PB56 will also be daunting.
If ya'll don't have favorite games you've lurked, feel free to throw out favorite game you've played of any type. I played Candy Land with my oldest child this year and that felt pretty good. Had to alter the rules, but still.

He's joking that he plays every game, so he doesn't know what lurking is.
I didn't pay much attention to lurking anything. I guess I lurk the RTR/CTH mod development more than anything else.

I think folks need to update the games list so that I can remember what happened this year.

I liked that the tiny Australia game and the advanced start played out different from normal, otherwise there were too many games to keep track of!
Completed: RB Demogame - Gillette, PBEM46, Pitboss 13, Pitboss 18, Pitboss 30, Pitboss 31, Pitboss 38, Pitboss 42, Pitboss 46, Pitboss 52 (Pindicator's game), Pitboss 57

The end was unfortunate but I can't look past PB53. Just a joy to global lurk.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

I didn't mention my favorite game. It is PB43, because this game did some great things:
- Producing an actual winner instead of concession in a long time.
- Providing new insights into siege units as a defense against other siege units.
