One zip file contains alternative City graphics with a larger flag. The other zip file is filled with Fortress Capital graphics. Those could be a new feature in COM II.

Edit: Larger cities can still have overlaps with neighboring units. Maybe it doesn't matter, except for flags.
Edit2: Slightly improved versions of the same images are now in the zip folders.

Aurora the Snow Queen

There is a lot of magic in the 176 year old fairy tale and later adaptations. Some ideas for hero stats are in the Brainstorming thread from page 37 ff.
