I'll take Shekinah of the Sidar.
It's the strongest combo on paper, and I haven't played as the Sidar yet. My main concern is I don't really know how to. I guess I'll learn as I go. Flauros was a close second, but I've been the Calabim before and while they're not weak, I think they are somewhat lacking, also they take time to really get up to their strength, which is actual Vampires.
Does mack even read any of the posts between me and nauf that finally got it to work? And we absolutely used the 12.1 files for all the previous PBEMs, including the ones he played in.
I mean, I shouldn't be surprised he's being so stubborn about "12.1 doesn't work", but it still irritates me.

Where would you settle?
 On hill next to the X, getting the extra hammer, making better use of floodplains, with more defensible location, but orphaning the Fish. Or settle on the X, leaving room for a city on the coast. |
