PB 59 organizing and tech thread

Also linked the mod version 2.0 in the OP, which I'd assume will be what we are going to play here. I think the (rather few as always) changes that Charriu implemented have been well discussed, but if you see any glaring issues you can take to the mod subforum and try to convince Charriu of anything you would want to be added.

what about team death?
"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. For the new players here at RB: It might be good if you have a look at the first post here:

Pitboss Etiquette

Those are some general rules and guidelines, which we adhere here at RB. Miguelito, you might want to drop these in the first post.

Bolded is not true, for example you can play clock games and lurkers can still judge in your favor smile

If there is more interest we could certainly add that as a voting option.

We should set cap just so map making can get started for such a large map. If Noble / anyone else at RB isn't willing to make the map (or is playing) should we ask over at the German forum? They are used to large maps; although from what I see / has been discussed in Pitboss 88 their map standards are quite different.

Duplicate leaders/civs seems like a fine voting option for the next big PB.

Based on the map standards/ect of pb88 id rather strongly prefer not to have a mapmaker from that side of the internet.
