No, but I did google it a while back. It comes from a TV show "Last of the Summer Wine". I don't think I have ever seen it and don't know anything about it.

One more turn until I can blast suboptimal back to the stone age. I decide to start bring my ships up towards suboptimal's cities...
I am not sure he knows my fleet has been hanging out in the polar region for a few turns but I am pretty sure he will figure out my intentions. I thought about holding for another turn but I want him to fortify his cities, especially in the south. The more he masses his units, the easier they will be to kill. I think I have enough navy to overwhelm anything he throws at them. Next turn, I will move south between Barry and Clergy (?), so I can sail my battleships to both cities, depending on what is needed. I also have a few apostles to convert Barry next turn to make use of Crusade.
Elsewhere, I build an airstrip down by Canada to house 2 of my bombers. Next turn I will bring a few units into Canada's territory to raze suboptimal's southern cities. No movement on Ichabod's front. He most likely is waiting until I launch my attack against suboptimal before declaring on me. Little does he know (or maybe he does), most of my army is along my shared border with Ichabod. I won't need much of an army to kill suboptimal. I can take most of his cities with my navy and what I can't, I will nuke. I will finish 1 nuke next turn and another the following turn, for a total of 3 for the first turn of the war with suboptimal. I am chopping nukes out at Isaac and Ed Mercer that should be done in 3 or 4 turns and I have some of my core cities building nukes, due in 8 or 9 turns. I should be able to get a couple of nukes out every 3 or 4 turns here on out until the game ends. My plan is wipe out suboptimal, then launch attacks to shot straight for Ichabod's and williams482's capitals to get the domination win in little time. Maybe I can launch a strike force attack on sub's capital with a nuke attack, then hit Ichabod and willaims482 with the next round of nukes. Might be able to grab everybody's capital in the next 10 turns, if I set it up right. Now, if the game could actually start moving a bit faster, the last few turns have taken a few days each.
