Caster of Magic II Bug Reports!

I imagined that it just had access to the spells the player knows like a normal spellzerker/magician (+ maybe fireball), but I am not sure exactly if that is what happened in CoM I.

I couldn't find any dedicated "bug threads" og lists of known bugs.. So.. I'm guessing you just wan't them here?
Also.. Sorry about my horrible English, not a native speaker.

1)
Pressing the "Custom items" from main menu and clicking the mouse over "Invisibility" it have no pop-up help text.

2)
Window mode. Clicking on F10 to goto "The cities of X"-screen, it deselects the game and I have to click on the game screen to continue playing.
Actually it looks like if i use F10 at any given time or on any screen in game it deselects the game. Guessing it's a general windows funktion?

F12 is awesome! But it just say "minimal" "1.5" "Normal".. Uh.. "What" is minimal and "What" is normal?
I know I will soon once more remember the world creation order, but still.. Would be nice with and explanation on the screen?

4)
I had a very slow fight.
Me: Hero "The bard" level 1. Has "Focus of magic" on her as the only spell. No items. No other units.
Vs: Neutrals/roaming from tower. 1 unit of hell hound I cast confusion on it. 1 other unit of hell hound I cast vertigo on it. 1 unit of fire elemental.
Each round take longer and longer before it gets back to my turn again.
I restart fight. I only cast confusion on one of the hell hounds. No other spells. Problem persists.

Replayed match x 50. When no confusion = no slow down. (But mostly I die to fast to be sure if I don't use confusion).
I always have to take control of the confused unit and attack something, if I don't get to attack something I see no slow downs in the later rounds.
Mostly it's just 5-6 seconds wait arfter the AI turn.. mostly.
I can't find any pattern with the result of confusion = slow down. And there is a big variation on when it slow down. Some fights there is no slow down. Other every 3-4 round. One time it took 55 seconds wait arfter the AI had moved before I could move again. Feels like something about "confusion" is bonkers?
Here is my savegame. And I made a few videos of the fights. (20 MB and 35 MB). Dunno if there is a better way than dropbox?

4. Definitely looks like a bug, I'll investigate.
3. It's on my todo list
2. Windows feature, I don't think I can do anything about that. However you can also reach the cities screen with a different hotkey. (I think it was C or T, not sure, or you can set your preference in the keys.ini file)
1. Will investigate, probably a typo in help text entry name.

1. It was a typo as expected.
4. It was caused by the Hell Hound getting stuck with only 1 movement left while all surrounding tiles had a cost of 2. Several bugs here actually, as it should be possible to move onto those tiles, and the "move randomly" feature should never pick the tile the unit is already standing on as the target.

Both will be fixed in the next update.

The "brown scroll on the city building upkeep background" is stopping before the bottom of the screen.
Also I can't see all the buildings on the "building upkeep" list and/or can't scroll down the list. (Problem also persist without the city wall).

I think i'm missing an "exit buttom" on the "mainscreen" so I don't have to press ALT+F4? Retro feature smile?

I'm guessing you know about these and don't really need a savegame.. smile

I could nolonger able to cast flame blade on chaos channeled unit in battle anymore but still able to cast overland as normal. Is this feature or a bug?

I just noticed that every image is a separate file in the game....there are thousands of them. If you put them in a sprite sheet using Texture Packer then the game should load a lot quicker. 
It still takes a few minutes to load on my PC.

You'd have to reference the image from the correct sprite sheet in game for this to work though.

I left it that way for easier modding. It does load in 3-10 seconds from an SSD, unfortunately HDDs are slow. I too had to wait a minute or more for some games to load on my previous computer.

In the "intro movie" the voice lines start too late and then cuts off before they finish, for some reason.
(Nothing else running and have tried restarting computer. Tried starting game around 25 times in fullscreen/window, sound clipping each time).
Oddly enough if I start some music in edge browser and have it playing in the background, when I start the game, it works just fine.

Takes 5-8 seconds to start game on my SSD.

Cheat codes have been removed/changed for some reason.. Feels like an odd choice to limit players in how they want to play?
.. Also harder to find bugs.. smile?
