PB 59 organizing and tech thread

Sorry for not giving more notice, but I am going to be away starting Friday evening until late Sunday / Monday morning (28th to 30th/31st).  Going to do a backpacking weekend with a friend.

Fine with my turns being covered by a lurker if everybody else is too.

I'll be up north at my inlaws this weekend. I was able to use phone as hotspot though last time I was there, so should be fine.

Thanks ramk for all the effort into making my player experience better! Really appreciate it. 

I've saved the wrapper and Civ4BeyondSword2015.exe into the BTS directory, and made a shortcut for Civ4BeyondSword2015, I use this to start the game

If anyone can add 1h to the timer will be apreciated. Josh told me he should be at home in 2 hours, but just in case.

Is there any referee for specific things or is it just first comes first?

Like if two players could found a city at the same spot next round or could bulb a tech for a religion etc.

There is no official referee, but if there is a problem a lurker (it could be Lewwyn because he's the mapmaker and can be trusted to be impartial) will discuss the situation with players and other lurkers and come to a decision.
For city founding turn order works just like in a war. You can't double move.
For bulbing a religion, it happens at the end of the turn and the game randomly chooses between those who got the tech, so no need to interfere.

Ah okay, so I am probably at a disadvantage because I logged in later this round?
At civforum the referee flipped a coin in such situations.

We've talked about how that'd be a good way to solve some of these conflicts, but haven't played a game (afaik) with the coin toss yet.

It's nothing too serious, I can live with being in a disadvantage.
I just want to know it and hope we can have an as fair as possible solution for the future.
