+1 more HA, and minus 4 axes out of that total. That, is my total invasion force. We declare 2nd half of t105. I will attempt to play after Joshy t104, or at the very least i will allow him to double move me on t105. Might have to come up with a reason why i cant make the damn turn if he pulls the same crap....

Sigh, i knew this would happen just fucking knew. I go to launch my attack, i even add a bunch of extra time to the clock... AND, Joshy finds a way to make it super obvious.
Last i checked he is at war with TBS (unless they made peace SUPER recently) so i believe he has the 2nd half of that split, and TBS used some of the time that i added to the clock to play his turn, which forced Commodore to play AFTER that as well.. Yeah, shitty situation. Im going to bed soon which sucks, and then i work in the morning which always sucks. The best i can do is apologize in thread and just pause/add time and hope a lurker can somehow make this not look nearly as bad in the tech thread? God, this sucks. If he whips a bunch because TBS didnt play in time and neither him or joshy or commodore asked for a time extension, imma be triggered.
So again, sorry lurkers/other players, im adding time to the clock because im not double moving. I will be working 7:30am CST to roughly 4pm CST, and will be back to play at the time. This is a HUGE war turn (and next turn) so i cannot permit a lurker to play in my place, nor can i accept waiting a turn due to all the bullshit.

Alright, well we wont be razing/capturing as many cities as i had hoped which is fine. (Joshy didnt whip any units out in any of the cities that i can see) But that spear in that city, and that axe within range to attack a chariot does suck. Ill probably raze corn city and just replant due to that spear. Im undecided. If that axe attacks and loses or laughably runs into the city, ill try and keep the city and use the other chariot to try and grab his iron.
Down south, everything is more or less looking nice. Last i checked, that is his ONLY copper hooked up.. so if i can burn that city and take his copper away + get that iron burned as well... this could be alot easier. Of course, till someone gifts him copper. BUT, i think i have a plan for that too, my galley should be able to blockade the tile NW of "wineisland" and prevent any resources from say, Tarkeel from getting to him right? Especially with him at war with TBS still. Im curious how he will defend it considering he didnt put 2+2 together to see that i was waiting on him to play and he didnt make any emergency whips then, unless he swapped all his cities so he could whip this next turn? Maybe?

So yeah. Timer will need to be extended because TBS (who is currently at war with Commodore + Joshy) waits till 3hrs left on the clock to play. Giving Joshy/Vanrober whom have MISSED TURNS PRE-WAR... Basically no time to play... leaving me looking like the bad guy cuz im now at war with Joshy.. Yippie!
Hopefully this is a nice and quick war, and for turn pace... id love for TBS and Joshy to make peace. For my sake, i hope they dont and he has an army deep in his territory.

Alrighty, So... Joshy decided to put his axe IN CornCity, so that was an easy kill.. He currently has NO units in range to stop me from burning his Iron/Copper, which unless he just recently hooked a new source up in the last 2ish turns... Its going to be painful for him. Next turn i capture StoneCity, and the turn after i probably Recapture CornCity. Best case scenario is that my chariots find a undefended or defended by warriors capital, and i can capture that soon. Otherwise, i have 2 galleys going south with 1 axe loaded to maybe capture/raze a random city that he probably has not garrisoned?
Honestly, i got pretty lucky. He has a ton of forests ready to chop, some mature cottages... and Commodore and TBS have been at war FOREVER. So unlikely that TBS can steal too much of this land from me. Only real wildcard is Tarkeel who closed borders 4-5t ago, has been chopping the jungle at our border and has been adding to his power. KINDA easy to see that he plans on attacking. I have research vis so i know he doesnt have catapults yet, nor HBR. I have Pro archers defending a hill city... so im not worried that much, just more along the lines of i dont really want to whip my cities anymore. Ive even started queuing a couple settlers to replace the cities ive razed/will be likely razing of Joshys.
Now, so long as i can get thru Joshys lands quickly, get my shrine setup... and bum rush my way to currency, i could have a valid chance this game. ESPECIALLY if Tarkeel doesnt attack me/Commodore and TBS continue to have their war. So ideally, War-Currency-Rush to Knights-Take over Tarkeel-Conquer rest of land with ...Cuirs? Get Astro, take islands/land from others... ??? Profit.

nvm, he logged in again and spent an HR in game. Jesus.
Now... What are the odds i get to play my turn tonight without having to worry about extending it? I put it at 50/50

This was the situation after moving the southern chariots and capturing incense city with an axe. He decided to retreat his axes from his cities and leave no defenders.. Ive lost 6 total units, with 2 being chariots defending against Spears after they did their job. I decided to raze gems city due to it having no improvements and it MIGHT be in a bad location. (and not Buddhist)
Heres what i decided to do this turn. I still have my galley(s) searching for a nice easy island or something else to randomly attack with an axe. Moved my HA's in with an axe to cover against his lone spear. His capital WILL fall next turn provided he doesnt have a magic force in range.
Decided RiceCity isnt tooooo bad, so i might keep it. HorseCity will depend on if it has a granary yet/survives i think.
I looked at the Power graph saw TBS jumping in power, and noticed that Joshy and TBS signed peace + open borders, so its very likely that TBS will try and come in and ruin my fun. Commodore is still at war with him, but apparently its not going that well. Not going to get better with Crossbows vs Praets becoming a thing soon.
Gotta get to Longbows to keep Tarkeel/TBS from annoying me while i build up again.
Any questions?
