I think Mjmd meant if you are comfortable with a ded lurker playing your civ while you are away rather than share a civ with Joshy.

This. I was basically pointing out that we were already accommodating a similar case. I then of course added the dates lining up because I thought it was one of those little 'what are the odds' moments.

Im not sure if its your case, but when i go on holidays i still have internet on the phone and i can if not playing, check on the thread for the pictures that your dedlurker provides every turn. In reality there is not that much to do in the 20 first turns, you would probably have it already simmed and its all about moving the scout and waiting the worker or WB to leave the capitol, and that would be already simmed too.

Thrawn, i wouldnt feel confortable if you take 2 of the best players of the forum to dedlurk you when people is still without one xD

In case there is need of dedlurkers i could step out and dedlurk someone. Although im not close to be as good as the rest of the dedlurkers. But i guess better than nothing xD

For both Joshy and Maugitar (if applicable) yes missing those early turns isn't as bad.

Thrawn if you join you get Commodore, which still is better than whatever you are learning in PB60 from me (if anything).

Vanrober I'll find ded lurkers for the greens. Don't worry about it. Very happy with you playing.

Answer questions, discuss your pick, give feedback to your ideas with more or less foundation. Not up for developing plans or playing a significant amount of turns, but you probably want to do that yourself anyways?

Thanks Mig and TBS. I sent out some PMs to the greens without ded lurkers to try to gauge who might need more help or if 'low commitment' ded lurking would be ok (Mig is really a good ded lurker; trust me).
