[PB61 Tech Thread] New Pitboss - Greens (new player / newish)

No response from Eagleweb or Maugitar. RusGrek said they would wait on the next one. Therefore we have 6, which again is pretty much the number of greens we have had for past green games.

Long time single player here who would be interested in this game. I just downloaded the zulan 2015 version of BTS. Also, what is a ded lurker?

ded lurker is short for dedicated lurker. IE someone to answer questions, take a look at things and be able to provide advice.

Cutoff was yesterday, but unless Tarkeel has already made the map we would be happy to have you. I'll send you a message in a second as well.

It seems I am the only one who likes goody huts and random events.

Well both introduce ALOT of unfair variables.

The mark of a good player is how they deal with the many variables in Civ, such as starting location, surrounding land, and nearest civs. Goody huts and random events just add a few more variables and also add variety to the game.

Events also add a lot of storytelling value, which I like.
