Nah, dont feel bad, i guess there was a lot of mess with that jesse josh war. This wasnt as big deal, i was just feeling a bit bad, i forgot, so i can totally understand you did forgot too (indeed i didnt mentioned, it jsut seen on one of the screenshots of turn 100 post.

I ve jsut logged in and rekenner didnt declare war as he should have so i guess he didnt play his turn in 1 min? Maybe he is changing plan?

Indeed he can, he told me to advice any neighbour that may be affected by culture, but in this case there is none. Lovely that i can save those 40 hammers smile

Now im thinking of choping a forest that is on the deer fish spot to get 16h that will be 20h because of OR. But that would delay 1 turn the city. i think its worth to delay 1 turn the city for 20h. Althought im not sure
