I think spawning time of rare and very rare spell after I swap 0/1 as Seravy suggest it would fix earlier and found that rare and very rare spell reward from lair a bit too late in fair difficulty, I get first one from year 1517 and by that time I hunted most of the lairs already. I think it should start giving rare and very lair spells around 5 years earlier for unmodified fair playthrough although current rate would be fine for setting like "no trade" as common and uncommon usually get easily from trade would not widely distribute anymore.
