This blackout has me thinking; how would you guys feel about a week's break from Christmas to new years? Or a longer timer. I saw that civforum does it and it seems a good idea. I guess many of us will be much busier than usual in that time.

I can live without one if the idea is not popular, though.

I think in past years we have just played with a long timer of 7 or 10 days. So everybody who wishes can play a turn and marvel at their civ, but no pressure. Fwiw I would also be fine with a 2-3 days timer but I may be on the more PB enthused site. Just come back everybody after vacations
