OK so here we go with PBEM#6!

Some settings are already decided and it's a blind map (Sunrise's discretion) that's decent in food.

Some polls that need to be done:

Leaders Poll
Part a) Duplicates Not Allowed
Part B) Unrestricted
Part C) Method of choosing = snake
Part D) Any restrictions - Runoff occurring!

Hello!

I might ask for a bit of help setting up since this is my first PBEM game, but I'll be fine in general. My gmail address is scmccarthy. I live in Seattle (GMT - 8 time zone) and can play most of the day, just not when sleeping (I'll add detail if necessary).

Part a) Duplicates Allowed or Not Allowed
Part B) Restricted or Unrestricted

Part C) Method of choosing? (put your suggestion as vote ie. snake/mapmaker's choice/random etc...)
Part D) Any restrictions (eg. no FIN/PHI traits or must have atleast 1 bottom tier trait etc...)
I suggest either
i) mapmakers choice, no restrictions, OR
ii) snake pick, may not pick any civ or leader that was picked in PB2 (or substitute some other game if desired).

You may not gift cities while at war with a third party. <-- is my preference. But I can go with anything.

2) No gifting of HE level units
3) No gifting of HE level units until receiving civ has gained their own
How about no building HE without having earned the last XP point needed for HE on a unit yourself? Seems simpler.

This applies to me too... but as Seven said I'm sure it'll be no problem after the first couple turns.

Part C) random but I certainly won't be disappointed for it to be any other.
Part D) I don't have any great ideas... but something so we all don't feel forced to pick the same fin/exp/phi/cre pairs we've seen a lot.
