If the technical difficulties aren’t resolved in time, I can fill the player slot, but given a week should be fine.

Since its sequential I was going to limit to 5 for turn pace; however, 6 is probably fine and I always like people playing if they want. I'll leave it up to Commodore. If he already has put work into a 5 player we will just go with 5. If he hasn't completed a lot / can jam you into an island surrounded by barb subs you're in!

Since this is sequential, it would be wise for those who've signed up to state which playing window they have, so it's possible to create a player order.

So in the past I've put snake against every other method so I think snake wins a lot because basically. So going forward I'm going to put some other method in I think makes sense for the # of players. In this case a random block method like was used in PB53. Maybe just 4 civs and 6 leaders for each player selection? If it wins we can discuss further / add a voting column. Example below:

Anyways once peoples time slots are in and pick method is determined we will have a lurker roll for who is first. I will say snake 543215431 may make some sense as there are some very small advantages to being first (which is why voting comes first), but listen I was feeling giving another option at least.
