Advanced start gets a bit wonky in PB's last i recall.. Ancient era Advanced start id be down for. "Any" 2/3 man teams id be down for.

I'd really like to play with the modern toys. Civ4 Ancient to Ren/industrial is fun but feels like it cuts a lot of content. However advanced era starts tends to warp traits that are balanced for Ancient and big-game pitbosses come with a whole host of problems
