Ok, I'll go for a round. I'm going to be busy throughout next weekend (Labor Day in the US, including that Monday), can probably check in once a day then but not more.

Two more players needed to get started. Anyone?

Sure.
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.

Excellent. The first post has been updated. Any volunteers for spymaster?

That site should work as long as you only select the original English words, I think the issue last time was some of the expansion set words being included.

Also, I’ll volunteer to spymaster a round.

WAGNER 4

Wagner wrote German opera. I don't know much more about him.
(The Wagner Group is a Russian mercenary outfit. They have been in the news because they have been involved in the war in Ukraine. But I don't think the clue is meant to refer to them.)

So CONCERT and BERLIN are safe guesses.
EUROPE is possible.
Could some of Wagner's compositions be described as MARCHes?
Did his works form part of a CYCLE (much like we describe books as a trilogy)?
Did they feature a prominent CROWN or RULER?

I like CONCERT-BERLIN-MARCH-CYCLE, the last two because they are more specific to music/opera.
