Heh...misread your post and didn't see that you had already provided screenshots. 3/4 teams got theirs before I noticed. Whoops. I went through and deleted my posts, just in case.

I have edited the map for finalization

- The Red SE CS has now also only one tile coastal access.
- CS with only one eligible tile on their island received a 2nd tile to spawn their 2nd warrior
- all single ocean tiles have been expanded to at least 2 ocean tiles or replaced with coast if not possible
- I edited 2 map errors (probably from my manipulation there were two coastal jungle tiles)
- Each team has now 1 Natural wonder within vision of its coast, I removed the other wonders

So far the generation looks good, we are still waiting for CMFursion and LjublTAD for their final decision. I have the issue that CS 18 (SW purple) seems not to be generated when starting the map (there are just 15 CS despite me asking to generate 16) any Ideas how to get around this?

Here is the current save, everything is positioned (Japan currently West and Portugal East start, they still need to decide)

As written in the organizing thread, the game continous to generate only 15 CS, despite me defining 16 in the map and during the generation process. By now I went and change the start position setup to plot => generate random CS and still it does not generate the SW purple CS

The next idea would be to try to place CS settlers and Warriors directly on the map, but then we would need to define which CS will be generated instead of having it randomized.

I vote to have CS #16 be Nan Madol and rest random

Auckland is actually the craziest CS here I believe, Nan Madol was nerfed at some point if I remember correctly

Just because it got nerfed in the RB mod doesn't take away the fact it's our favorite CS.

Ok I got it working by placing all CS by hand and shifting the SW purple CS a bit to the West (it is Nan Madol )

Now the map loads correctly with all CS and players on the location wanted. The remaining CS were the last map generated ones, it turns out to have been a roughly evenly split, naturally not every team has every CS type as there are only 4 CS per team and 6 different CS types.

Here is the map and already the start save in case TAD and Ljubljana decide to place Japan East

The map was originally rolled with a funky continental split, ~75% of the map were Nuna and there was a small part in the top right corner (Thrawn and Krill) which was a different continent. I made sure that each team had a continent on its own for the era score for the first player. I also edited in a new continent which is covering the large islands on the equator.

Thrawn is nearly correct with his guess on how the continental layout looks like, but this time it is the map generator who has been responsible for it wink
Ljubljana is jumping at every bit of information and (over)analyzing it must be a very exhausting way to play but if it leeds to engagement and fun it is very interesting to read.

I find it amusing that thrawn and krill suspected 1-tile off coast CS. In before people start complaining about the map being too good for Norway; even though they asked for it by asking for a lightly edited map. popcorn

In the Woden/Banzai thread, was Gibraltar supposed to be their one visible natural wonder, or is there another one and this is just a visual bug with the empty impassable tile?
