Turn 62 (1520 BC)
Endeavor whipped the settler last turn, and Funkenschlag has completed the escort.
Unfortunately Superdeath has a warrior in the area, so we might have to settle Sustainable first, possibly even waiting for the axe to catch up. Uwe and Friedeman will road towards the new site, I've still to decide if Vital should chop another forest into the lighthouse.
Mjmd was first to five cities alst turn, and Charriu birthed his second scientist this turn. I'd missed that he's running libraries in all three of his cities.
Edit: Oh, and Superdeath has HorsebackRiding, because why not when you start with gold?

Turn 64 (1440 BC)
Both Charriu and Mjmd have expanded out to 5 cities now, while my settler is stuck in transit.
It can either settle Sustainable next turn (T65) or reach for Pinky on T68 but the escort won't be there until T71, along with the roading workers. I belive that should be early enough to keep the city, but Superdeath's warrior has traversed south-east across the area and if it turns around next turn I'll reevaluate.
Ginger triple-whipped something; Mjmd thinks it's Oracle and I think it's a settler, as Ginger is still stuck on 3 cities (alongside SD and Bing). Should be easy to tell next turn.

Turn 65 (1400 BC)
Ginger did not whip a wonder, so it's likely a settler. I'm struggling hard with how to settle up on Superdeath.
The settler could found Sustainable now, in which the next settler out won't be on Pinky until about T74. Superdeath should go settle his copper soon, but he's also likely to go claim this area now that he's seen my warrior, so we're going for it.

Turn 66 (1360 BC)
Superdeath has the audacity to crowd up on my only expansion arm, before settling any of his own strategic resources, and after planting Stonehenge in the face of his closest neighbor.
His only comment on double-moving his settler into the contestet area was "Ur warrior in a friendly mood?" When he previously said "I'd rather not have us go to war over sheep when others have better land if ya get my drift" I thought he would actually go and do that, claim his much better land to his northeast.
I'm willing to let him have the sheep if settles east of it, so I can settle the suboptimal city between wheat and corn which messes up my dotmap and costs me atleast a fishing village. But SD wouldn't know the consequences, as he hasn't scouted properly, and thinks that he has the worst land of everyone.
If he insists on settling Pinky, I think I'll have to recruit Mjmd into a bad early war, in which Mjmd is the only winner.
I'm holding the turn till I hear back from SD.

The city SD intends to settle is very good though. How does his north look like?

I showed the area back on T50, without resource icons:
Extra excruciating is the fact that SD double-moved into a situation he should know was a settler-race:
T61: Superdeath encounters my fortified warrior staking the claim, and ettler is whipped.
T62: Me first
T63: Me first
T64: Me first
T65: SD double-moves first
I've asked for his permission to double-move back; if he refuses I'll want a reload to the start of T65, or Ginger's logout T64.

I've tried having a reasonable discussion with Superdeath, and as expected he's incapable of considering someone else's situation. He originally wanted a T300-NAP for a very loose "not settling there" which is so insulting I don't even know where to begin.
My counter offer which I still think is gratious, is a T150 NAP for allowing me to settle Pinky, to which SD wants a T200 NAP for my original proposal, which is still insulting. I'm willing to give a T90 NAP for this situation, which I think is rightfully mine, as that's what would have happened if he didn't double-move, to which he moderates his offer to T150.

You get peace of mind to do whatever for another 60 turns Those 60 turns or peace is worth a lot more to you, who have room to expand into, than me, for whom this is a gamble there's worthwhile Astro-land.
Let me state upfront that I find the whole concept of timed NAPs counterproductive, as they quickly turn into a promise of war on the given turn instead.
Edit: Restated my critera for T150 NAP, which I still think is a bad deal for me, and this time I think he's actually considering it as he wanted to log in and check.

There's no possible way this is grounds for a multi-turn reload, but you said you asked SD permission to double-move back, right? What would you do in that case that you couldn't equally do in the second half of the turn? (Unless you expect him to found ON the Wheat?)
