I would have offered to sub for SAC a while ago given the turn pace, but I was always thoroughly spoiled
slight difference in moves stop making sense, and playing in a way that makes it look like you are straight kingmaking someone.. Thats how i feel here. While i have to assume by accident, because i dont believe Cornflakes is that kinda guy, SaC has ruined any enjoyment i was getting out of this by seemingly doing everything he can to help Cornflakes win. Thats besides all the derpyness that is the Mjmd/pindicator conflict. Dont know why the hell they are at war when Cornflakes has been so far ahead that Fin/Org Darius on NO MILITARY, hasnt been keeping up tech wise vs him.
All im asking is for a reason to not either say something in the tech thread, or not raze pindicator cities, or not just end turn every time without logging in, or something else. I had planned for every possible scenario, and knew that i had at least SOME time before Cornflakes' troops could hit mine due to roads/hills/ect. SaC giving him open borders is just plain dumb.

SaC has been at war with Cornflakes at least 3 times now. Each time losing at least 1 city to him.
Ive done no such thing until this FINAL moment, where i take a border city, and then 2 minor cities.
Id not have faulted him for peaceing out on Cornflakes and going full revenge on me for whatever reason, that would at least make "some" sense. Giving open borders to the guy.. i just cant fathom it.

Like Ginger, I'm not trying to justify SAC's actions. Just saying that he probably was thinking very simply: Superdeath hurt me. Helping CF hurts Superdeath back. He couldn't have known you were going to attack Cornflakes right after you finished taking those cities.
There is no way to peace. Peace is the way.

Here is the issue though, i took 1 actual good city. The other 2 are basically just filler, with 1 being a fishing village and 1 being a former Bing-shit-fest-city.
I cant speak for what cities/when they were taken in the Cornflakes/SaC conflicts, mainly cuz my memory is horrible.. but they had to be more of a long-lasting effect on him.
But apparently not. Anyway, i dont "want" to quit from another pb. (thanks civforum shittastic pb) But i feel ill do something stupid if i continue playing this one. I think finding a sub for me is probably the best option if im being honest with myself. Although, convincing everyone else that the game has been Cornflakes' to lose, and that we might as well just end it... is a thought as well.

What's the biggest mistake you've made this game?
Also, could we have an empire overview?

Im so enraged that im almost using language that i would regret saying later. I like Cornflakes i do, he is a Tough S.O.B. to play against, and i respect that. But idk what the fuck is happening between him and SaC, but it reeks of douchebagness and im not going to stand it. This isnt even a game i have ANY expectations of winning at ANY point. I was happy to be along for the ride.
Is SaC's bizarre behavior due to me ripping on them for being the most inconsistent player ive seen in a very long time in the tech thread? Do they have a grudge against me personally? Does the guy just roll a D20 and decide what he is going to do that day?
To answer your questions Tarkeel:
My biggest mistake this game is not calling for the game to be cancelled or for a sub for either myself, or SaC when it became apparent that it was Cornflakes' game to lose.
Just to be clear, I posted that question before Cornflakes posted what he'd done. I was expecting something like "not getting phracts fast enough"; it was not meant to be as antagonizing as it turned out to be.
As for why to keep playing: Without getting too spoilery, every decisions of SaC's that I've seen makes sense from the perspective of trying to stay alive.

Dont worry, your questions were fine.
Ive had a day to calm down. Some. But the following will happen:
1: Never playing a game with SaC after this one.
2: Every city will spew Cataphracts until the end of time, and everything will come towards Cornflakes. Not allowing him to win for all this bullshit.

1: That is fair for the PYFT crimes alone.
