I really do appreciate the desire to make sure every start is viable, but I can't think of any map where geography mattered more than neighbors.

Totestra regularly makes half a BFC jungle...I really did look!

I agree strongly with neighbors > all, and I was pretty sure you'd be fine with even the wildest of starts, but I was less confident that was true of some of your opponents. I was mostly just trying to spare everyone of the risk of an early rage quit or false start should the map RNG land poorly on someone who wasn't going to accept it.

Still about 50/50 that Krill ragequits in the first ten turns depending on his start.

New roll of combos, with Mack leaving and Pin+Bing joining:
Quote: Bing: Victoria of Babylon
Krill: Shaka of Sumeria
Yuris: Lieu Ye of Dutch
Superdeath: Boudica of Mongolia
Commodore: Brennus of England
Pindicator: Qin Shi Huang of Japan
Thoth: Gilgamesh of Ottomans
I’m slightly happier with my new leader, more interesting (although by no means less planning work). RtR Charismatic is off the monument requirement so it’s just pure goodness with a religious Spiritual path. England is a complete and utter dud of a civilization, Redcoats are at a tech reached in less than 5% of our games, and Stock Exchanges at maybe 15%, tops. We’re going to completely ignore the civ, but can definitely appreciate the fact that nobody has Mysticism if we can do a Fishing start.
Other player quick thoughts:
-Bing gets Victoria again, with the nice generic-but-fine Babylon.
-Krill’s Shaka of Sumer is terrifying. Sumer got buffed (ridiculous, it was already great), this is awful.
-Yuri can enjoy Lieu Ye fine but the Dutch are almost as worthless as the English.
-Superdeath is a passive peacenik who doesn’t even like to whip, he’ll hate his warmonger combo.
-Pindicator is upsetting here, he’s going to go early Metal Casing and then Machinery his Samurai very early. Only Industrious too.
-Thoth’s new Giggles of Ottomans is fine, but way less fun than his original. Good stuff here though.

Thanks, Queeg. This is just about perfect for our start ambitions, although that Marble is going to lead to a real Sophie's Choice when Oracle comes around.

I want points.

I do not believe this is what was requested and I do not want to waste anyone elses time beyond this point, so either we use a new map (realistically on another map script and with more tightly defined instructions regarding capitals, or there is a sub for my start.
