That first hut in the starting screenshot? Yeah, thats my only one thus far. WHERE ARE ALL THE HUTS?
OH, they are apparently everywhere else as others have been getting mid-turn increases far before settlers would be a thing. So, thats super amazing. I found horse. I have found 1 food outside of capital food. Guess what my plan is?

Behold my land, at least in this game i have hills. So Eventually (lol ill either die or win by then) ill have windmills!
When i started the game, i initially moved my settler to try and see if there was some better land up towards the cow.. When i saw there wasnt any and indeed was WORSE land, i moved back and then settled. What im looking at in this game is 3 cities that will do nothing but pump/chop out Keshiks (and 1 Ger each for the double promo.. Thx CHA) and 1 city that is claiming silver for additional happy that i will be needing because ill be whipping like a madman. Silver city will be settled last. Going Worker-warrior-worker-settler. BW-Archery-HBR-Writing-Math-Currency. I havent decided if ill raze or keep the cities i capture.. Probably depends on how big they are, and i DO expect to capture something. I see gems above me, and krill met me from there. Commodore was also in this area. Yuri came from the west.

I was going to ask if your image meant Chariots or Keshiks, but you answered that already.
I can't quite tell from the screenshot: Did you actually see the edge of the map in the south?
