[Spoiler] Returning to Randomness: Thoth plays a happy, hippie builder game

Correction: SD took Yuris capital.

Commodore sent my Fish for Crab trade back to me, which I accepted. I'm going to need the health very shortly.

SD sent me War with Krill/war with Bing on his side, war with Commodore/Pindicator/Krill on my side.

I guess he's offering to split the world?

Hmmm......I like Yuris capital and his horse city.

Post Iron working before any shenanigans.

In the east Commodore is settling his 8th city in a spot I kinda wanted as a defensive spot but can't afford. So i whipped the library in Murder Squad. 2nd ring borders ~t00.

Iron working is in.....

Nice.  Duplicate source means I can keep the hamlet on the other iron.

Currently +29gpt at max tax/ +87 beakers per turn at max tech.  Breakeven is just under 40% and is around 37 bpt.

Next up:  Math and Calendar while I build some swords and another couple of settlers for the north.   I suspect I'm going to want another worker or two as well.

Observant workers will note that Commodore and I both have uncovered workers on the border.

Nice having a rational neighbour.

Nice having a rational neighbour.

Yeah, at this stage of the game a worker is far less value than not having to defend a border.
Playing: PB74
Played: PB58 - PB59 - PB62 - PB66 - PB67
Dedlurked: PB56 (Amicalola) - PB72 (Greenline)
Maps: PB60 - PB61 - PB63 - PB68 - PB70 - PB73 - PB76

Taking advantage of the fighting to my east to expand my sphere of influence most likely.   But I need to do some detailed planning to see what is doable.

Agreed.   I'm planning on covering any workers I have near the border in the east though.   (though to be fair, the most likely reason for me to have workers on the eastern border is roading prior to me invading so......)

It occurred to me that now I have Iron I could gift Copper to Yuri (and probably should have last turn).

Opened up the turn to Yuri asking for Copper. So I gave it to him. He's got 4 Archers and a Spearman behind 20% culture and 3 pop.
Powergraph suggests that Superdeath is low on Keshiks. I'm now roughly equal to him in power.

And in addition to the Mids, Krill also has Currency.

I'm about 9-10 turns from Math. The land I have available to peacefully settle is going to be commerce negative after costs for a long time.

I think that I'm going to need to liberate Yuri's former capital for the Gold tiles. The Corn would be nice as well, I'm low on health resources.

Opened up the turn to some diplo from Commodore:

Mutual war vs Tarkeel (Superdeath), Iron for Iron, City of Isle of Dread (I have no idea where this is, an island near Superdeath I guess?) in exchange for City of Filthy Radicals (my border city with Yuri/Superdeath.

I'm not sure what he means? Mutual war vs SD obviously, and I guess some sort of land split? I get the stuff near me, he gets the stuff near him?

I'll think on it and send something back next turn. I'm 10 turns or so away from war maybe 15. Commodore's power graph suggests he's got even more legwork to do to get ready for war.

On the assumtion that Commodore's offer means "lets take out SD nowish and I keep what's close to me and Commodore keeps what's close to him", I sent it back to him.

Took t100 screenshots of my cities and demos at max tech/max tax. Made it to 100bpt at t100.

I'll post pics later.
