I would have shown the Samurai last turn but OneDrive wasn't playing nice and the image wasn't syncing properly. So this turn the question is now: whose game do we mess up?




I kind of want to pick Krill, simply because if I don't then he'll come at me with a bunch of stuff. He already has a ton of power. Anyway, I'm not going after anybody until my power is near his.

Kind of tempted to make it naufrager just because he wouldn't see it coming...

Thoth is probably the correct choice.

Krill has ended his wars and now sent me this message:




Translation: I have horse archers and catapults, you won't succeed if you go this way.

And he's probably right. For one, Thoth is being invaded by Superdeath (who has graciously taken over the role of the raging barbarians this game - they've settled down since he's started ramping up). Krill's power is greater than mine. Krill has Currency and likely Construciton. Krill is going to run away with this game due to having cheap Courthouses available at Priesthood on top of far, far superior land than me.

If I attack Thoth i have a decent shot at doing something:




If I attack Thoth, Krill easily and predictably runs away with this game

So which way do I go?

I actually went back at some point and rehosted The Great Invasion because I know that’s the main reason people would want to read that game. I should probably take some time at some point and do the rest of the thread too. But it’s nice to know that portion is fully restored now.
