He jumped in.
I'm four cities down, and at least one more will fall next turn. He used combat workers in the east to push faster than I expected possible, a sneaky scout to take a empty city, and a larger stack in the west to sucker punch Shaw. Retreating back to the capital, abandoning a indefensible city (pillaging a road), but ultimately I'm likely in my last five turns. Wiped out his western stack with tigers and will use their promotions in a quixotic attempt against Mig next turn.
It's hard to see how much I could have done differently. Perhaps the Treeant rush just took away my only real defence against this sort of attack? I definitely could have fielded a few more PotL, but my empire's too wide to hold against this. Definitely Brian's cities have helped Auro pull together his commanding lead.
