We should be all good now and on to normal sequential, and PBSpy looks like we've succeeded. You can update your PBSpy email notifications by unsubscribing and then re-subscribing to notifications for when <player before you> ends turn.

Yeah this option was sort of the holy grail for awhile. Years ago it was theorized to be possible, but we didn't have a way to do it. Having the option now and how seamlessly it works is really neat. It really is the perfect solution for small games, and it has totally obsoleted PBEM and the various issues that format raises.
