Right click the game in your library and go Manage -> Browse local files,
Enter the Beyond the Sword sub-folder
Extract the contents of the zip-file
Right-click the BTS_Wrapper file and create a new shortcut
Edit the shortcut and change the target, add mod="RB74" at the end (*)
Move the shortcut to your desktop or wherever you easily find it
*: This part is very important; if you load the correct mod from inside Civ then it will restart using the default executable and not the wrapper.

Alright, i THINK that got it working? Was both a pain in the ass, and surprisingly easy. Shouldnt have anymore issues i hope with people joining/vice versa.

Great to hear SD! You'll also notice that it doesn't take 5 minutes to join in the late game.

Tried twice to get into the game, and both times the game hung indefinitely on "Finishing." Not sure if something's up?
