That Commodore forward settle is a real loss for me. But he has it mostly roaded already, it's on a hill, and he's a good player, so I won't try to axe rush it, though I might move an axe there to bait him into upgrading or whipping, maybe.

Instead my reaction will be to settle around it including via sailing on the nearby island. If I ever get that city, it won't be before catapults.

Well, I got totally outscaled and am being UTTERLY CRUSHED by Commodore Knights.
The only excuse I can make for myself is the misfortune of neighbouring two high-score, high-skill players.
