Since it's topical, but has not affected this game yet, maybe it would be a good idea to discuss the politics of reloads, the merits of appointing an arbiter verses lurker consensus, and / or the implementation of the "Scooter's Oops" Rule:

"Once every 200 turns you get one 'oops' reload. Once you use it, it's gone, and you are auto-denied any request until the current 200 turns are completed."

Needs to be cleaned up and defined, but it would force players to be honest with themselves about how bad their "oops" really is. Game ruining? Sounds like a good use of your freebie. Micro ruining? I dunno man, sounds like you should save your freebie. The 200 turns element is purely to accommodate games that go deep where the stakes rise.

Added to voting spreadsheet. I'm not a huge fan of changing rules mid game, but I don't hate it.

Is it changing the rules if we didn't have anything agreed previously?

(If we did, my apologies, I missed it on a cursory look through)

And while I think the "Scooter's Oops" rule may be a good solution, what I wanted to do was start a general conversation around reloads (before we need it!) rather than present it for an up or down vote.

Its changing from how its normally handled.

General conversation would go in the general thread. For implementing here I put it for an up down vote.

Dreylin, you beat me to it. Scooter's solution seems great. And yeah, good idea to have a policy in place before it needs to be used.
There is no way to peace. Peace is the way.
