I think greenline or anyone from the small continent might be our best options. Alternatively, one of the global lurkers. I am most certainly not the right person to play Plemo's turn.

I theoretically could, but worth noting the threads in that part of the world are specifically the ones I've been reading so far since exiting the game. Though I have only read through mid-February so far. No idea how good/bad a candidate that makes me.
Just let me know. I'll plan to play sometime tonight - probably 1-2 hours from now, 3 at the most. I'll check in here first to ensure there's no objections between now and then.
Game is moving. I don't really want to be a permanent sub of a Civ this large, but I can pass a few more turns. Hopefully that buys Plemo some time to figure out what's going on. If any large changes happen in the game status quo that affect his Civ, it may result in a delay, as I don't really want to make any big decisions without consulting.
I've been informed that Plemo has been declared on by multiple players. Given the nature of these conflicts, I need to get some intent from him on how he'd like it approached. I've sent him a PM a couple hours ago, but if I don't hear back from him tonight, I won't be able to play his turn until I get a little bit of guidance. Apologies for that delay, but the situation is delicate/swingy enough that the war prioritization choices could have large impacts on the broader game, so it seems like something a spoiler player should not decide totally independently. In other words, I can handle the tactics, but he needs to dictate the strategy, so I'm going to hold until he answers the questions I sent him.
Above and beyond the call of duty Scooter, sorry for the timing.
